Overview

Nexus Search allows you to use natural spoken language instead of cumbersome typing at various points throughout the application. This can be used, for example, to dictate notes, create workflow descriptions, or quickly and easily share thoughts with the system when creating companies, contacts, candidates, applications, and projects.

Activating, Stopping & Transcribing Voice Input

  1. Within Nexus, you will find a “Start Speech Input” button with a microphone icon at various text input fields. Activate voice input by clicking the button.
  2. While you are speaking, the button changes to “Stop Recording” and is highlighted in red. When you want to end the voice input, click the “Stop recording” button.
  3. After ending the voice input, a loading animation labeled “Transcribing…” appears on the right side.
  4. After transcription, the spoken text appears in the input field. You can now edit, supplement, correct, or delete it.
You can perform multiple voice inputs in succession. Additional transcriptions are always inserted at the position where your cursor was last located in the text field. So if, for example, you want to add more information at the end of the entered text, the cursor must be positioned at the end of the text. This ensures that any additional input is appended at the end.

No Storage of Voice Content

After transcription and the appearance of the spoken text in the input field, no audio or sound recordings are stored. Additionally, the spoken information is not used for training AI models.
